Porch Jam was born into Lincoln, Nebraska in September 2024 and takes place annually in the Cooper Park & the South Salt Creek neighborhood.  Porch Jam is a free community event featuring local music including the following genres/styles: roots, Americana, bluegrass, Celtic, singer/songwriter.  Additionally, the festival features a student stage for youth and adult alike every year.  Porch Jam is funded through grants, small local busineses, and private donors.  It is an all ages outdoor event (rain or shine) that seeks to connect the community of Lincoln together.
